GOAL

To create and implement a short-term marketing campaign to promote the opening of My Playce, the fifth member of the My Playce franchise upon its launch in 2015, and then once again in the key ‘’ Back to School period’’ in 2016

ACTIONS

  • Coverage in women’s and general media (instead of only focusing on parenting media)
  • A focus on colorful and vivid imagery to emphasize the lively spirit of My Playce Pallini in all promotional materials. 
  • Design and creation of all necessary promotional materials, including press release and media kit, flyers and promotional items.
  • Full social media management.
  • Flyer design, printing and distribution arrangements to over 20,000 recipients within a 2 – week period, via door–to–door flyering, and targeted hand-outs at outlets who attract a shared customer base.
  • The launch party for My Playce Pallini in 2015 for both media and interested parents attracted over 150 attendees, with coverage in Hello! Magazine – click here for more information.
  • For the 2016 ‘’Back to School’’ activity, we collaborated with McArthur Glenn, and arranged for My Playce Pallini promotional girls to hand out custom-made gift bags containing branded balloons, crayon packs & special ‘’My Playce Pallini’’ coloring books to all visiting parents and children for a one-week period in early September.
